The BMC Success Subscriptions launched in July 2021. I led the conception, strategy, and delivery of the marketing which contributed to achieving 6x the first year sales goal. The program included an online experience set-up as a precursor to a desired e-commerce future state where customers could self-select professional services engagements and redeem credits to begin the work. I established and maintained the standards for consistency and alignment to brand and style guidelines.
